This product is available as an option to finance either short or long term finance needs.  The product should be considered in concert with the Business Loan options, and allow for a significant injection of cash, above an amount of $100,000.

Purpose

Short or Long Term finance for an approved commercial or investment purpose.

Variable Rate

Offers the flexibility to choose a Variable Option to allow for bulk sum reductions in line with your cash flow receipt of funds.

Fixed Rate

Loan Repayments in arrears or  advance - Allows you to plan loan repayments to better suit your cash flow and budget requirements.  This will regulate your cash flow for the specified term.

Loan Amounts

Minimum $100,000, no Maximum, in multiples of $5,000.

Repayment Terms

30, 60, 90, 120, 180 days or longer if required.

Security

Fully secured by commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential Property.

Repayment Options

The face value of the Bill is repaid at the end of each rollover period.

Loan Terms

On application, from 30 days to 5 years.
